Dance Party Hire is covered with $10 Million Public Liability Insurance which covers the whole company. Events we cater for? Birthday Partys, Functions, Engagements, Dance Partys, Clubs, Rave & Doofs. Equipment we use? Professional Sound, Lighting & Industry Standard DJ Equipment. Equipment has been purchased from Jd's Sound & Lighting, Lightsounds, DJ Warehouse and other leading DJ shops. Overtime Fees? $30 an Hour after 5 Hours for standard packages, more expensive package charge $40 or $50 per hour after 5 hours. Travelling Fees? $1.50 per 1 km, only applies when 20 km out of Marsden Park. More expensive packages charge $2 or $3 per km due to the amount of equipment. Areas we service? The Western Sydney & Hills district in the following location areas: Riverstone, Marsden Park, Richmond, Windsor, Kurrajong, Blacktown, Penrith, St Clair, Parramatta, Castle Hill, Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield, Dural, Cherrybrooke etc For other areas please contact us. Why do we charge more then other companies? The owner of Dance Party Hire is the only Mobile DJ which means quality control is maintained. I offer many years of DJ and equipment set up experience, the latest in professional equipment that most companies don't have or will not invest in, a large variety of music styles from non commercial to mainstream music and a professional customer service from the day you contact us, why wait a week for a reply when you can get a answer within 24 hours. Some other company’s prices are too high for the value of service that they deliver, why pay less for 2k worth of unreliable equipment when you can hire Dance Party Hire which has over 30k of real DJ equipment with public liability insurance which ensures your event is stress free. How much Music does our Mobile DJ have? Over 20 000 tracks What type of Music does the Mobile DJ play? Dance Party Hire specialise's in non commercial & commercial for the following: House, Electro, Dance, Trance, Hard Trance, Drum N Bass, Dubstep, Happy Hardcore, Hardcore & Hardstyle. We also play for our clients the following: Top 40, R&B, Rock, 60's, 70's & 80's View our Request List page on our website. Needing more songs? Email the Track Artist & Track Names to us at least 7 days before your event. Wanting Our Mobile DJ to play your CD? We will be happy to play any CD / Memory Stick for you, we can also play MP3 format Cds. Requesting Song's? Client's can request the song's they want played from our request list & when (I.e Set times for the genre's) If theirs a queue of guest waiting for their song's to be played, Other guest must wait there turn. Song's will be played appropriately as some requested songs may need to be played later on in the event to ensure the flow of the music is maintained. Please ensure your guest keep to a limit of 2 requested song's each to ensure everyone else can request. Lighting Effects?

One of the best powered front loaded subwoofer's for its size. 3x EV- Q66 Power Amplifier - is used for the Wharfedale LX12's which will drive each Speaker at 380 RMS at 8 ohms. 1x Bob Audio - CS218 Dual 18 inch double folded horn subwoofer 1600 RMS - CS218 is a high bass output subwoofer box which can bring the house down by delivering intense, seismic bass, even in the largest of venues, clubs or outdoor applications where front loaded subs just don't cut it. At the heart of CS218 are two 18" 800W drivers in a double folded horn design, which is designed for long throw. 1x EV - Q99 Power Amplifier - is used for the Bob Audio CS218 which will drive the subwoofer to it's full handling power of 1600 RMS. ------------ Most Mobile DJ Services only use a total of 400 rms, we offer standard a Total of 1560 rms with an high SPL of 129 DB. We also offer extra speaker power if required. More equipment can be sourced for events with 350 + attending. Strobe Light Danger & Safety? If anyone who is attending your event has epilepsy, we will need to be notified not to use our strobe as it can trigger an epileptic fit. We only leave our strobe on for a max of 5 - 30 seconds. We only turn it on every 10 minutes or so. Backup Equipment? Using reliable equipment with experience is the best way to ensure there's no let downs during an event, all equipment is maintained and checked regularly Extra Leads & Powerboards etc How to Book Us? 1. Booking's Form page to be filled out & sent. 2. The $50 bank deposit must be paid. Payments? Deposits must be paid at least 3 day's before the date of the Event. The remaining outstanding fee must be paid after we set up our equipment. Payment Options? We accept bank deposits, money orders, paypal & cash. Refunds? Full refunds only if we can't attend your event. Deposits are not refunded, We will be happy to move the date of your party if your party can't go ahead, we understand that venue's might fall through, rain etc Set Up & Pack up times? We set up 1-3 Hours before your event time starts. It takes us around 30 min to 90mins + to pack up after your event time. We do not charge our clients for setting up or packing up time. Our Dress Code? Formal / Casual for any other dress codes please tell us prior to the event. Do the DJ Plans include a Mobile DJ? All DJ Plans include a Mobile DJ which is the owner of the company, with more then 4 years experience at all types of events & functions.Do our Deejays Mc? Our Deejay's Don't Mc, as we believe a trained Mc will do a better job for our client's. If you're event need a Mc's, we can refer a Mc or you can hire a Mc of your choice.
